  1. I just want to say I love tim hortons coffee my husband says we should buy stock in it. I work midnights so On my way to work I always stop and get my coffee. But the only Problem I have is my coffee is never hot enough So I always ask them to put it in the microwave to heat up. But on my way home from work I Always stop in and get my triple triple and the boston cream donut which is the best. Tim hortons is my number 1 choice for coffee place!

  2. Hi I am a Tim Hortons lover and i have been going to many timmy locations in Canada, however i have been to this one location in Toronto on several occasion and notice that their is a price different. I ask why and they said they are not sure but i could talk to the store manager, i then went to other store and the price is still what i always pay before the price increase at that other location... Please let me know why a cup of coffee at this Tim Hortons location is different in in price. I always get a large with 4 sugar and two cream at least 3 times a day so i am aware of my price...

    1. Like many other franchises, they are privately owned and therefore the store owner can set his own price according to the location of the store and the volume of customers they get. McDonald's is the same way.

and bwo smaller on both sides, I screamed was happy, showed everybody there and someone took a picture, Now my timmi store is called Heart to Heart, as service there is to me,

  4. working for a local animal shelter recently had a group of us 50 miles from work at an unheated "house" with 500 cats inside.
The smell was aweful but the Tim Hortons coffee and Hot Chocolate kept our spirits up (some espresso didn't hurt either). P.S. The cats now all have new homes and the coffee is still great. Thanx Tims !

  5. On Sunday Mar25/2012, at !:10 p.m. my daughter and stop at Tims store number 2783 for ham and swiss cheese sand, and mango and pineapple drink and a small coffee. That was the worst coffee I had, are they watering down there coffee. It tasted terrible and when I brought it to there attention they just said that the coffee was fine. We ended up and left. Last time I’m buying coffee there. I,m 56 years young and normally I don’t bother anybody and I can’t afford to lose money on bad quality.

  7. i went tims drive through sat in line for approx 15 min to get the wrong coffee and then had to go back inside the store to stand in line to exchange the coffee for the right one. suggestion only sell coffee at the drive through in the rush hours only this would speed things up save the enviroment and save hard working people gas money. We then would be able to buy larger coffees. the end

My Timmy's ladies are always cheerful and happy to serve me. I have even become on a first name basis with some of them especially Lori. I live in Owen Sound Ontario, and I visit the Tim Hortons on the east side of town beside the PetroCan gas station. I wouldn't go a day without my Timmys. Thanks Tim Hortons for making each and every day a little brighter. And thanks Lori for being who you are!! <3 - Gail Fisher

  17. I really do enjoy Tim Horton's as I find Starbucks to be over rated, prententious and quite frankly 'burnt' tasting coffee other than their lattes. Anyways, the clerks are always beyond cordial and very friendly and I truly enjoy everything there but I must admit the 'new' lemonade is PURE sugar, the 'lemon' flavoured one.....that was a let down. Other than that....Timmy's rocks!!!

After spending $24.00 for lunch, my wife asked me to get more hot water for her tea cup. Too my surprise I was told NO!!.We must buy another tea. I asked to talk to the manager and was told that is the rules of Tim Hortons. I find that very distasteful. I still Love my timmys coffee but do not think much of their company polices.

I drive to Tim Hortons three times a day- two different locations in my area- not for myself as I do not drink coffeee- but for my son who drinks six Tim's extra large a day. I wanted to enter your "free coffee for a year" and guess what your staff NEVER gives receipts so how can I enter your competition. That means I have to go back to get a receipt!!!! Teach your staff better customer service- on the whole these kids who work in Tim's hate their jobs anyway- and they are most times obnoxious.

I used to get lg coffee with small cream & my husband got lg coffe with small milk..... that didn't work out well (too much cream makes me ill), so I started ordering black coffe with cream on the side- my order would be read back to me but still be wrong when I got to the window. This happens all over the city (Kitchener- Waterloo) and why don't they put a stir stick with the coffee??? Tim Hortons should have secret shoppers hired to go to each location.

We enjoy our Tim Hortons but it is so slow, and people working tills and drive thru can not speak English very well and are hard to understand. 73. We certainly enjoy the fresh cup of coffee we are always served at the Winkler, Manitoba Tim Hortons. The coffee is always well anticipated and after our 40 minute drive to get there enjoyed immensely. Occasionally we will go for a drive in the evening and always seem to end up at Tims. When travelling we always look for Tim Hortons signs, as we know what to expect and most of the time get what we have learned to expect of Tim Hortons, excellence in product, somewhat efficient service and usually a friendly smile.

Over the past 1 month I have entered the drive thru after 11pm and told that they do not serve Seepted tea or decaf coffe. As far as I knew ever tim hortons is to carry they products 24 hours a day. I, myself and my family spent at least $100 EACH MONTH in Tin Horton's. This is the worst company I have seen and the people are rude and slow. I have seen people pull out of the drive thu because it is so slow. Please, I hope this problem can be solved quickly!

I want to start by saying " I am a number 1 fan of Tim's coffee." I get my extra large triple/tpiple every morning!!! My staff knows NOT to talk to me until i have my Tim's lol. I am very fortunate to have 3 locations by my house. How much easy access is that!! However i work in Dearborn ,MI and i have to say "as a supervisor of a company" if my staff acted like that ,i'd fire them all and start over.Never in my life have i waited in a line to give an order and have to wait for the employees to stop arguing with each other before they acknowledge i'm standing there.I guess that's why i see such a turn over in that store-they don't last long enough for you to know them personally. I am the first to admit that i am not a morning person until AFTER i've had my Tim's. I need KINDNESS in the morning with a how can i help you & have a great day!! Not there, not in store 5751. Now i leave a little earlier to go the the Tim's on Ecorse (not sure of store number but it's in Taylor,MI) The staff there is wonderful and cheerful and makes my mornings pleasant. I figure i spend approx. $800 per year just on my morning coffee and i feel like it should be served with a smile!!!

My wife and I both love Tim Horton's Coffee....it's almost a daily ritual to have one.
We are pleased with the service ( in general ) but a separate line for " Coffee Drinkers Only" would be welcomed by everyone...especially the working class where time is very important.
Thanks for the great Coffee !

  85. We used to go to the Tims at 1510 Pembina Hwy quite regularly, but have now been going to other Tims around our area as the service level at this particular location is just awful. There have been times when we have had to stand in line at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes just waiting to be served because there are only two people working in the front while two or three more are standing around in the back not helping out. Many a customer has walked out because of this. The manager has been told about this, but nothing is done to correct the problem.
We still love our Tims and hopefully will again be able to enjoy the service on Pembina in the near future.

  88. I think this contest is, at best, a joke and at worst a rip-off. I was not given a receipt so that I could put in the "store number" in order to enter this contest. I will be visiting Tim Horton's A LOT less because of this fraud. It makes me sad that a corporation, as rich as Tim Horton's is, would stoop so low to pull a 'bait and switch' scam like this, shame on you.

I live in Ontario Canada and when I get the chance to get to timmies I am always amazed at how they always smile and are in good spirits. Thats what makes their coffee good. When people put their heart into something.

  110. Hi - I always go to the TIMS in our work building store #2659. Before they "updated", service was friendly, fast and accurate (except the afternoon/eve staff that was friendly but SLOW). Now that they have "updated" with more products available, and more staff and totally "modernized", service is still friendly, but PAINFULLY slow. Most staff have switched to the competitions' kiosk, not because of the higher prices or equally friendly staff, or product but because this location TIMs is the SLOWEST coffee delivery we have experienced ANYWHERE in the world. Please help..we love TIM's coffee.

  113. Just came on to enter contest. Was in Carlton Place Downtown Store yesterday, and very pleasant employee gave me a red & white sheet and said if I wanted to enter to win a coffee for a year, to enter at the web address shown on red handout. Upon coming to the required web site, I find out that I need a number from my receipt. My problem is that the employee did not give me a receipt. I did buy and pay for a tuscan chicken panini, oatmeal cake, and small ice coffee. Just won't be able to enter contest for that visit. Not a big problem, but a bit of a downer.

As we all know timhortons was, is and will be one of the best restaurants in Canada for their fantastic snacks, soup and sandwiches. Therefore, I would not be surprise if TimHortons become one of the biggest and best restaurant in the world because of their hard working , friendly, Polite and very professional workers. Of Couse, every business has something to improve every day and I believe that Timhortons are ahead of those problems or in other words they’re very aware of them. Although, Timhortons are not biggest restaurants today let’s not forget they deliver extraordinary services day and night. I don’t have any compliments about them, but to appreciate and gave them thumbs up.

But with this store location an the super staff they have there honestly I wouldnt care if the line was a mile long . As long as I got the same service no matter where I was in the line I would be there an wait for it lol. 131. just wanted to say that the Tim's in Stayner, ON is the BEST and most efficient one I've ever been in. The staff are friendly, accurate and quick - even during the rush hour in the morning we never have to wait long. The ones in Collingwood are another story - they put the wrong mixes in the coffee and take forever to fill order and we always have to wait in a line up. We always stop in Stayner on our way to the trailer and their breakfast sandwiches are always fluffier and better than anywhere else.

  137. May 14, 2013 7p.m. Firstly, Tim Hortons does not give out receipts so you cannot enter the Free Coffee for a Year Contest. What a ripoff. Secondly our Tim Hortons is so slow and disorganized. It is not great. We had our coffees this morning and had to wait 15 minutes for one little bagel. We are seniors and Tim Horton is not at all sensitive to this. We are better provided for at say McDonalds Restaurants. Seasonal specials are also better priced at McDonalds. We frequent Tim Hortons only because it is the only coffee shop we have in our town.

    ReplyDelete
  138. I agree with all of those who say Tim's do not give out receipts. I enjoy a french vanilla because they taste the way I like them, but why is it that I only get 3/4 of a cup when I pay for a full one? They could let the foam settle and then fill it since we are paying for it. It depends on where you buy because not all Tim's sell 3/4 cups. I also have a problem with the staff greeting me with dear or honey. For the most part I am old enough to be their mother not their child. That endearment I was taught was for personal use not public use.

    ReplyDelete

I also love how they have many flavours or types to chose from, in almost all the things that they serve. Throughout, my experiences of going to Tim Hortons I have only good things to say. I hope that Tim Hortons keeps up the great job that they are doing.

  153. I have visited many Tim Hortons across Canada. Therefore I have had an opprotunity to compare service, quality and cleanliness and all the great components that go into Tim Hortons success. The most amazing store I have seen (wait for it) is in Yellowknife in the NorthWest Territories. Their drive through is so fast that the vehicles in line hardly stop. They just sort of roll through and the staff actually get the orders delivered through the window correctly! Why cant other stores do that. The same can be said for the line ups inside the store. The line actually moves. You kind of shuffle through the line in minutes instead of standing glued to the floor. If they can do it in Yellowknife, how come other stores cant?

Most time they get the order right and sometimes they put the egg and cheese in (which I did not order). This morning, they got it wrong and ended up with egg and cheese on my sandwich. It was too late to go back and change it so I ended up eating it all this one time. It wasn't that great, as I am not a fan of egg and cheese on my sandwiches. In the future, I will have to double check my order before I walk away. On the other hand, the coffee was perfect, as it most always is. Thanks.... :)

  182. My husband and I have been at Tim's restaurants all across Canada and a few in Maine. We have always had good coffee and (of course) green tea. The service could sometimes be sped up a bit, but, all in all, we have very positive experiences. Thank you Tim's.
