  5. we do this survey after every visit to wetherspoons.... we havent paid for a coffee for months !! ps most wetherspoons we have visited dont ask you to spend 5.00 to redeem the voucher, they just knock it off the bill however much you spend .

  6. breakfast , biggest load of under cooked rubbish we have ever been served, tried two different wetherspoons, just in case it was a one off,we did however eventually manage to get a full refund, but first we were asked if we would like it changed for another, it took a while to explain there is no use exchanging one load of rubbish for another load of rubbish,

  14. Me and my better half went to weatherspoons in the livingstone designer out let today, we both ordered the large breakfast and took a table, sat down and everything was going good till the food came out, it was shocking. the sausages where horrible and looked to be cooked the night before as was the tomato's the black pudding was like rubber and the toast was burnt on one side and the bacon was solid, there was things missing from my girlfriends plate. on that note i will never step foot in another W/P again ( worst food i have ever had and the service was'nt any better )

  18. Firstly, I have been visiting the Central Bar in Cardiff for six years now and have always enjoyed the atmosphere there.
These are very challenging times for any person conducting a "Face to Face" Customer Service role, whether it be in the Retail or Hospitality sector. Many customers are now very demanding, lack social manners and have no respect for said employees. There are several employees at the Central Bar that need to be recognised for consistently delivering not only the basics, but exemplary customer service on a daily basis. Their names are EMILY,CASSIE,JACK,JOHN & HOLLY.
The recent structural change in Management is clearly working, and i have no hesitation in recommending the Central Bar to all Friends and Family
    Kind Regards

  19. Why doesn't anyone bother to make sure the small details are taken care of as if left they can lead to a much bigger problem. The Giant Bellflower in Selby is one example, a lovely air, friendly place but if care isn't taken over the cleaning of the ladies,) I don't know about the men's) it will end up being an unhygenic dirty mess. The 'skirting' round the cubicles and the top of these are thick dust and the overflow of the sinks plus the edges where they join the tops are in need of a good bleach, such a shame to spoil a nice place for lack of common sense.

  20. went to the Castle in the air on Sunday (trafford centre) the place was very airy big roaring fire and comfy. My husband had Mixed grill fab I had Full rack of ribs my grandsons order was steak an abbots ale pie.It was absolutely distgusting, the meat was beautiful but the pastry was like a brick, he took the lid off it scraped the meat out and put the lid back on it, so have a word with your pastry maker.

  25. Elders Council of NewcastleApril 16, 2014 at 1:42 PM

I would like to commend the staff at the Milecastle, Newcastle upon Tyne. Today they helped over 30 older people who came to a "Drop-In" session. They were always courteous and friendly;any task is greeted by a positive response and with a smile. Later serving meals I noticed a friendly word to each customer; as the organiser of the "Drop-In" session I have had many comments about the great service provided by the staff. I don't know who does their training but they are an absolute credit to your company.
