  1. Hello - I just tried to use my MasterCard at Regal Cinema 12 in Montrose/Fairlawn Ohio and the cashier said it only had $3 showing as credit. I told her she was mistaken because I know there was a credit of approximately $30. She said "sorry but it's only showing $3" so I told her then I cannot see the movie and must go home & call the credit company. When I did, they said I had a credit remaining of $30. This has actually happened twice at the same cinema - why is that? I'd hate to go to another theatre but I guess I will due to this reoccurring and by the way, the manager was standing right there and said nothing, only deleted her transaction - nobody else was in line - I'm so disappointed =(

I just went to a recent movie at the Montrose/Fairlawn, Oh theatre and my sister and I went during matainee price was $6.50, but later when I looked at my receipt, it showed that the ticket counter girl charged me $8.50 regular adult movie price. What gives??? I will have to go back to that theatre and let the manager know, that I was overcharged by $2. It's bad enough that they raised the prices and popcorn and pop. Now, they overcharged on my movie ticket!!!!! Next time, I go to that movie theatre, I will show the manager my receipt. I am not going to make a special trip to get my $2 refund...I will go when I happen to be in that area at another time to see another movie. Boy, this day and age, you just have to look at your receipts more carefully, but will definitely talk to the manager next time I happen to see another movie at that Montrose/Fairlawn movie location!!!
