The sales associate handed me the box containing the sneakers that I purchased for my grandson and walked away. He never offered to assist my 6 year old grandson with loosening the laces or putting the sneakers on to check the fit. In the past sales people would offer assistance, not just hand you the box and walk away. I would have understood if the store was busy, but at that time we were the only customers in the store.
