  • Went t bk on 183rd Harlem in Tinley Park. Everything was cold and fries hard I believe they sat around for awhile. This has happened twice tired of wasting my money and throwing out food. No way this was fresh we were the only ones in the drive thru by the time we paid food was already packaged. I worked in the food industry takes longer to drop fries and nuggets. Very dissatisfied manager did not seem to care. Will never step foot in bk again lost a customer. McDonald here I come.

My Safeway grocery receipt did not properly give the discount to me. The manager, KEVIN, at Store #968, 709 Lincoln Rd, Vallejo, assisted me with the proper credit and refund of $30.00.

This store is not in the best of neighborhoods but I know Kevin tries his best to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and does his best to make the patrons satisfied. Kevin did a good job today by helping me out.

  • I called the Popeye’s in Eddystone , PA to see what time they opened and if I had to order chicken ahead of time because I need about 50 pieces. I spoke to an employee, Erica. She was very professional and asked all the right questions. I placed my order and picked it up and 12:30 pm. It was ready to go. She gave me the butter, jelly and hot sauce. It was an awesome experience. She and another co-worker even took my order to the car for me. This was a nice gesture. I will try them again soon for the next family get together. Erica and her co-worker were awesome and very helpful in answering my many questions. The service was prompt and professional. The chicken was great too. My compliments to the chef also. Overall great eating and service. All family members were happy with the prompt and professional service. Keep up the good work ladies. Loved it. See you soon Eddystone, Pennsylvania Popeye’s. Sorry I probably at the receipt, couldn’t find it. Yeah Eddystone!!!
