Here you can leave your feedback about your recent experience at their restaurants and have a chance to receive a reward offer free 2 tacos with any purchase for your next visit.

How to complete the survey:

1. To start the survey, open the survey site www.Jacklistens.com in your web browser and select your preferred language to continue.

2. On the next page, enter the 11-digit code located in the bottom of your receipt (see image below) and click the next arrow.

3.Then answer the survey questions one by one. It will take you a few minutes to complete the survey.

4. Once you complete the survey, you’ll receive a validation code to redeem the offer shown on your receipt. Write the code on your receipt and bring it to a Jack in The Box to enjoy the offer.

  • My wife and I just finished a very long day of MRI’s and CT scans and we decided to give your box a third chance to WOW us as they used to in Ca. They blew it on the burgers and another time they blew it on the tacos. This time we wanted Salads and we orderd a southwest and a grilled salad. I specifically told the girl I wanted a ranch along with the SW salad and 2 ranch for my grilled. We waited 15 min. at the window there was no other cars there. By the time we recieved our food there were 6 cars behind me! When she handed me my food they packaged the chicken in separate box’s. I was impressed at that but at that time i ask again are my dressings in the bag? She said everything was in the bag. We left I did not want to hold up that line of cars any longer! We got home and we had
    1 balsamic and 1 southwest and no ranch and NO napkins. Are these people morons or what? We will not be back!

    I received a Croissant Supreme and DP is was great.

  • No one was keeping an eye on the front counter this morning at the Rexburg JITB. Two “regular” customers stopped by, waited a few minutes, then left. Even having a bell on the front counter would help!

    The breakfast sandwiches/burritos are great.

  • well jack i’ll tell you what jack in the box in Ontario oregon should take their tacos off the menu they have hardly anything in them the taco shells are greasy and stael they look nothing like what you see on the menu your works don’t care about the food they put out and the fries were cold what kind of store are you running there i will not go back

  • Here we go again cold nasty fries. I went inside this time and I caught him putting cold fries in with my hot fries all three large. I guess if I want hot fries and a milkshake I’ll have to take my $30 to burger king . I can’t believe a company your size cant keep a good milkshake going.
