How to participate in the survey?

First, open the above survey link www.jdpoweronline.com/vqs in a standard web browser, then you need to provide your survey entry code (you can find it on your invitation or reminder letter). Enter it correctly and click on the “Start” button.

In the survey process, you should answer a list of questions regarding your purchase experience with the Toyota Dealers. You can rate the quality of the product you purchased or the services and leave your own comments or suggestions.  It will take you about 30 minutes to answer all the questions.

By completing the survey you will be invited to entered into a sweepstakes to win great prizes from JD Power. You need to submit your personal information and contact information to receive your sweepstakes entry.
