  • I always have friendly fast service but baggers need to be trained better on what goes where!

    • Always have good service but baggers need to be trained better on what and how to bag items. Especially bread and frozen pies. Too many cans in bags that tear easily!

I’ve shopped at the Kroger location on Cedar Springs for eight years now and have spent $200 per week give or take the whole time due to the proximity of the location to my home address. The whole time I’ve noted how the front end treats customers like cattle. I would like to give a hats off to a recent hire named Montega. I have only been through her line maybe 6 times. I do not know her and haven’t even had a conversation with her during checkout but she is by far the best employee representing that store in the capacity of customer service. She has a gameface that deserves development. I would love to see her leading that front end. I encourage management to observe her skills. It makes me feel better about spending too much money there to go through her line.

Please give some consideration to the cashier Montega at the Cedar Springs location.

  • Your receipt sucks. Why can’t you just print the cost of what I buy? The savings that are touted are very well and nice, but it is more important to know what I finally paid for the item. I can figure out the savings myself-IF I COULD FIGURE OUT THE FINAL PRICE.
