  • i went to the bathroom when i first got to the restaurant I told the hostess that the bathroom needed attention When I got ready to leave it had still not been taken care of Also my waitress never did refill my drink or ask if we needed anything to go on our steaks I don’t know if we will be back

    I took my friend for her birthday dinner/lunch and we had a delicious meal and our waitress Norma Jean C was wonderful and such a nice personable server…..everything was clean and comfortable….we totally enjoyed our visit…..

  • I was at your longhorns rest. in Enfield,Ct. night bartender Renee should be monitored, I shared a drink with my boyfriend and when he left she took it away from me saying she didn’t feel comfortable serving me. I hadn’t been drinking before hand and was appauled with this attitude. We come to your rest. quite often before this happened sharing a drink most of the time. But now we won’t be coming back. you just lost quite a few customers

  • I am the director of Bingo in our community and take my volunteers to lunch (15 people) after the season. That happened this afternoon. (This was the 5th. year) and we couldn’t say more about the service. Everything was perfect. We even got a complimentary dessert. We’ll be back next year…..

  • We went to the Longhorn steakhouse in Weslaco, Tx for an evening out. My wife’s meal was fine but my 11 Oz ribeye was several Oz’s short and half was fat and grizzly. No one on the staff was concerned with the quality of the steak (which I think was a skirt or flank steak as the grain ran lengthwise).
    The drinks were also short and the excuse was that the martini glasses are too small and if the fill them they spill when being served. They charge the price for a top end place but can’t live up to it.

  • We visited the Longhorn Steakhouse location on Decker Blvd. in Columbia, South Carolina today. Our experience was certainly much, much better than the last time we visited the same location. Our server Geneisha, G as she told us she preferred to be called, was excellent! Her personality, energy, and enthusiasm to make her customers’ meal and visit a good one was extraordinary. Our last visit (6 months ago) unfortunately was not a pleasant one, which caused us not to visit this restaurant until today. G was attentive, efficient, entertaining, as well as the aforementioned qualities. We were very glad we decided to give this location another try, especially since it’s so conveniently located to our neighborhood. We hope Longhorn shows how much they value employees like G. We look forward to our next visit, and we will certainly ask for G as our server. Keep up the good work G!!

  • I have been eating at longhorn for 22yrs my wife and I never had a bad meal. my wife just passed away on Jan 14th. everyone that works at my longhorn has been so kind to me and I love everyone that works there . Fred the GM has been there for me like family and I will always be Greatful for his great heart. my store is in Jacksonville Fla. 6015 argyle forest Blvd. Fred has the best staff any manager could ever ask for.
