  • I would like to take time to commend Yolanda, a cashier / asst. mgr at the Newbury Park store on Reino Road. She is always cheerful, helpful and efficient. If she is cashiering, I will wait to go in her line as she truly demonstrates great customer service!

I would also like to say that Patrick, a clerk’s helper, also always does a good job. He works hard, is always polite and is courteous to customers. Thank you, Patrick!

  • All employee are Helpful and nice. Love the prices. ( Smile )

  • I recently had a new garage door opener installed. The gentleman from Ward’s Garage Door did a fantastic job installing the unit, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I would also like to thank Brianna from the Lowes’ Mill department who assisted me with my purchase and finalized the necessary work to contact a contractor and schedule the install. Great job Brianna!

I’ve shopped at Lowes in LEBANON, Mo. for years. Today was one of the worst experience ever. I went looking for ties, so I could attach my new fence to the new posts. I spent a lot of time looking for this item. It seems they moved them again to another location. Secondly, there was no one to ask where they were. I was in the area of fencing, I couldn’t find anyone to help me, you need to have a call button, like you have in other parts of the store. With as many people, you have working there, someone should work in that area, an please don’t tell me it was a busy day. Another thing, I was looking for “AAA” batteries “energize ones”. you must have at least a couple hundred ‘AA”, but no “AAA”. I had to go to another store to find them. I really think your stocking practices and ordering need to be revamped.

  • I would like to recommend my cashier Malinda at the Big Oak Road, Yardley, PA store, store #0282. She was quick, efficient, and had a sense of humor. If there is a golden star or award given out for customer service, she wins!!!

Great products and great help in store 0742. We also appreciate how clean thhe store is!

  • Love your Brunswick Ga store. Great employees, well stocked, clean and BRIGHT . Bad experience however trying to get keys duplicated. Out of first batch only one worked. Back to store, and very nice clerk made new ones. Again, only one worked. Back to store for refund which I specified be put on my Lowes card as my purchase was. Very nice clerk tried her best but part of refund would not be accepted by computer. I was required to present my drivers license and that really irritated me. Part of refund was posted to my account and part paid in cash against my wishes. Your clerk did best she could and was very nice. No complaint about her, but your system was poor.

  • Amazing that I can go call or walk in the Madera Ca. and get the same response every time. Rude Employees Including The Assistant Manager Had a Lovely phone conversation with her Last Week today I went to Lowes in Madera to pick up a gallon of paint to match the living room. as I go to cash out the girl at the register did not even speak, she just stood there and rang me up didn’t thank me for coming in so I thanked her for working so hard to ring my product wished her a good day. Sad that Companies will Hire and keep employees who hate there Job Including some Managers That affect the attitude of Employees & customers.

  • I have used Lowes for years and been very satisfied, until recently. Not sure if I will continue going back with the lack of customer service at the store on Ramona. It is near impossible to get help. There were 3 men standing around laughing and talking. When I ask for help, there was none given, and 2 of them just walked away. Stopped and ask a second man, no help…third man passed the buck to another…that man sent me to customer service…too busy there, ask a woman for help, she sent me to the wrong isle, second woman, knew even less. I should have walked out and gone to another store, but I purchased a few things and will try to figure this out by myself (65 year old woman). This is the third and last time, do to the lack of service. I wasn’t asking how to build a house, just for help installing a new mailbox. Having the proper hardware would make it easier for me if someone could have helped walk me thru it, but I couldn’t even get anyone to show me the proper items needed. People just don’t seem to care anymore. I guess I will be looking for another place to shop, because you sure don’t seem to want me to continue buying from your store.

  • It is important that I call attention to the above and beyond assistance I got from Fartash Hosseinalibeik today. I was having great difficulty repairing a CD radio unit. He went out of his way to help me find and how to use different remedies to solve my problem he wold not let me go until l fully understood and tested his solution. It is rare today to find this out of the way service!! Justin William also gave assistance at the Little Elm, Texas store!

  • excellent service with very good pricing
