    Not sure this is the right place but I’m fed up with phone messages that tell me it didn’t understand my request or web sites that go on and on telling me nothing I want to hear. I find you guys have Royally screwed up the movement of points with your credit cards. My wife has a card that is linked to mine as far as the charges go but every thing I try to get the points to move doesn’t happen. My wife even tried to write to your member care site and received an answer that was wrong,case # 01710043. We went to our local No Frills yesterday, bought some things and received no points and the receipt even says she has no points. I ‘ve told her to us the CTC Master Card till this is completely resolved. I do not want to download an app to my phone.
