If you have visited a Red Lobster restaurant recently, you might see the survey invitation on your receipt. You can use your receipt to enter the survey and receive a chance to win a $1,000 cash prize or one of 100 $50 cash prizes.

How to enter the survey:

Just go to the above mentioned survey website and enter the ID number located in the center of your receipt to start the survey.

Then you need to follow the instructions to answer all the survey questions they provide.

At the end of the survey, you’ll asked to provide your personal details to receive your entry of the sweepstakes.

  • I ate dinner at the Red Lobster in Portage, MI, on Saturday, May 28 and had a mixed experience. We arrived shortly before 4:00 p.m. and had to wait in the lobby with several other parties while the shift was beginning. Upon being shown our table, we noticed several vacant tables and should not have had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The manager (a lady) was more interested in using a command presence with her staff as opposed to getting customers seated promptly.

  • I ate dinner at the Red Lobster in Portage, MI., Saturday May 28 and was surprised I had and several other parties had to wait several minutes (15 in my case) for a table when there were plenty of vacant ones available. The holdup was a (lady) manager who appeared more interested in directing here young staff as opposed to letting them operate and getting people seated. My ID # is 0275 59581 5690. I tried to file this on the wed site listed below but could not find it among several confusing options.

  • On 5/23/2016, I and two friends had lunch at the Red Lobster at Dulles Town Center. We were very disappointed with the shrimp salads we ordered. A small bowl of ice berg lettuce, four cherry tomatoes and 4 or 5 small shrimp, with a watered down ranch dressing was worse than any luncheon salad I have ever had in any comparable restaurant. I was amazed that you would offer such a poor meal.

  • My wife and I were celebrating her birthday (73yrs) we have been married 54 yrs and are very happy.
    When we entered the Red Lobster we were greeted with a smile and the lady asked if we were celebrating
    a special event, which I told her about my wife’s birthday. We were seated immediately and told to save room for a serving of ice cream. We have dined at Red Lobster before but did not receive the great service on our special day for my wife. our ID # 3720 95229 8475

    On 07/07/16 I ate at Red Lobster in Waterloo, IA. The service was great and we were seated immediately. However, the ambiance was dreary and in need of a good dusting. I ordered the shrimp salad expecting something special. Instead it was a small iceberg lettuce bowl with cherry tomatoes and 4 small shrimps. I was very disappointed! The small bowl of soup was good, but that was a small consolation. I will not be in a hurry to return.

  • We had lunch at the Red Lobster in Wichita Falls Texas. Our server Haley was Fantastic! She was up beat and cheerful and answered all our question. She even laughed at our elderly jokes and was quick on the come backs. Everyone on staff were more then helpful. If y’all happen to be passing through Texas ya might stop and have a bit at Red Lobster. The food was served hot and the salad cold and crisp. ID # 3075 47917 1721

    impressed with our waitor, A.J. (Anthony L.), he was very knowledgeable, friendly, greeted you
    with a smile and made sure that our every need was met. Our food was delicious & hot & your
    salads are the best, cold and crisp. This happened to be my 72nd birthday! Everyone in our
    family knows my favorite restaurant is “Red Lobster”, but this visit was our best! Our waitor
    made it complete. We will definitely be back & we will make sure we ask for A.J.’s section!
