If you visited IHOP restaurant recently, you might see the survey invitation printed on your sale receipt. To leave your own feedback about their service or foods, just go to the website www.TalktoIHOP.com and follow the instructions to participate in the Cinnabon Guest Satusfaction Survey. Upon completion of the survey, you’ll receive a validation code that can be used to redeem a discount offer for your next visit.

How to complete the IHOP Customer survey?

First, when open the survey website www.TalktoIHOP.com, enter the survey code located on the bottom of your receipt and click on the “Start” button.

Second, on the next page, you need to tell them which store you’ve visited and answer a list of survey questions about your experience. Just follow the instructions answer them one by one. It will take you a few minutes to complete all of them.

Third, at the end of the survey, you’ll be given a validation code. Write it down on your receipt. Then take it to the IHOP restaurant you’ve visited and present it to the waiter to enjoy the discount offer shown on your receipt.

  • My second visit to Ihop, but it won’t be my last. Good food and good service

    • we want to ihop in Spartanburg sc we got there at 9:30 gave them our order never got the food till 11:00 am we were not the only ones that it happen too and when we got it was cold the manager gave 20% discount felt that it should of been less it cost us $ 20.34 it should been $10
      this has happen to us twice this year very unhappy.

    It is good food, and most of the time great service also. Seems that our visits to this one seem to be full of minor problems. We did enjoy our last visit though even with that. The manager, Emily, made sure that she took great care of us and assisted in whatever we needed. The server, Dee, was so great that all we could do was smile. It was Mothers Day and they got very busy right after we arrived. Dee, wished everyone in her station “Happy Mothers Day” as well as being fast and friendly. These two People made our visit awesome. We will be back and will bring friends thanks to them. Oh and can’t forget all the others that were stepping in to ask if there was something we needed. The host Delphine, Also the cooks, the food was perfect. Thank you all.
