Are you a big lover of Wendy’s? Would you like to get a free Wendy’s coupon? If yes, you can login the website www.Talktowendys.com and follow the instructions to take a short Wendy’s customer survey and receive a discount coupon as a reward.

How to participate in the Wendy’s Customer Survey?

First of all, you should have a recent Wendy’s receipt. If you don’t have one, go to your local Wendy’s restaurant and make a purchase, then retain your sale receipt at hand.

After you get the sale receipt, open the survey website www.Talktowendys.com in the web browser of computer or smartphone. Select a language to continue and click the “Take Survey” button.

On the next page, you need to provide the required information from your receipt, including the first 8 digit sequence,  the date of visit and the amount of your purchase. It will also ask you to provide a valid Email address that can be used to receive a validation code. After enter all of them, click the “next” button.

Then you need to answer the survey questions regarding your recent Wendy’s experience. At the end of the survey, you will receive a validation code via Email. Write it on your receipt so that you can use it as a coupon for your next purchase.

Please note: You should take the survey within 48 hours of your visit to receive the validation code. After you get the code, redeem it within 14 days after survey completion.

  • Three of us arrived at Wendy’s on 45 S in Jackson, Tn. at 12:15 on Wed. 3/30/16. First I noticed the new chairs and was glad to see them! They were NOT sticky! As we get to the order register a different operator took over. She was in a bad mood and it showed; because she would not look at us. She seemed to be angry about a previous problem somewhere in the back ( this is only a guess due to events as they played out). There was open loud talking back and forth to the kitchen. The facial features told a story of discontent about something. We received our order and sat down and we were aware that the problem was on going .When others in line ordered it was the same short answers to them also. It came time for us to present our 3 Frosty tags and it was just the same terse attitude. This manager has a problem and I hope she can resolve it soon. We have been to this Wendy’s many , many times and today really stood out as being a tough employee problem we hope can to resolved! We really like Wendy’s ; this is why I am taking this much time to report what many of us saw and heard. THANKS and GOOD LUCK!

    Took the time to participate in the survey and no verification code. Bad for business not following through on offers to the public.

  • I took the survey and completed it, check my e-mail but did not received a validation code. I did not do this survey just to receive mail from shopper’s/voice. If I participate in this survey be honest. Honor the words that are printed on the front and back of a guest receipt.

  • store 00011569 in Destin Fl left items out of bag that I payed for. Also the fries were old and burnt. My potatoe was way past expiration time as it was dry,brown and hard. the chili had meat the size of jr hamburgers in it. Very sad since this is a brand new Wendys.
