  • I love Taco Bell, but I hate HATE this store at 2422 W. Passyunk Ave/Phila, PA 19145. Everytime we go there something gets screwed up. We went on 5-5-16 at 4:51pm and even though it wasn’t crowed at it took them 23min to give us our order and we had to inquire as to how much longer (we have the proof of the ordering time and when it was received. We ordered 2 Fan Favorite Boxes and a T2 Combo. Nothing fancy except we told them NO sour cream on 2 tacos (my son has allergies) and we asked for soft taco. So needless to say, we got sour cream & Hard Tacos in our orders. My combo (although very hearty) was so messy and the rest of our orders were thrown together like they were in a race. What good does that do if you have to remake them? The attitude of the cashier (Jas) was so rude, between the rolling of the eyes and the disgust look at us like “How dare we ask for our order to be corrected!” is UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! We weren’t giving her an attitude (she didn’t make the mess), but if you order something AND PAY UPFRONT YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU ORDERED! Why the hell do your workers think that it’s ok to treat customers that way. If it’s not for the customers your store wouldn’t be opened. I’ve worked in retail and food services and we were NEVER allowed to treat people like your worker at this store ALWAYS do. I’ve come many different days and times and I’m so tired of arguing with my husband about this store that I believe it’s worth the gas and tolls to cross the bridge for food because I’ve NEVER had this problem in New Jersey! It’s NOT that hard of a job to do, don’t just train your workers to do the job BUT how about training them in customer service. that was the last chance they got, next time it happens, perhaps the papers & TV would be interested. Perhaps hiring older people would be better for your store, at least they appreciate having a job.

  • I often visit the new Taco Bell in Albion, MI. Anthony “Tony” took my order and he was very pleasant. I spilled my drink and Tony immediately give me a new cup with a smile. I felt bad but he told me it was okay and cleaned the spill.
