  • We just got through going to Taco Bell Store # 023882 Order # 421 in Kearney Mo. it was 1:22 Am on 9-19-16 clerk 642 Pos:13. We ordered 2 big beef (steak ) burritos supreme with extra steak , and a Mexican pizza. I could not finish my suppose to be Big beef steak burrito supreme that had NO sour cream . And my boyfriend also could not finish his. The lettuce and the refried beans tasted horrible.! The beans tasted burnt and we did not get the extra meat, maybe 2-3 pieces of steak. This is the second time we have stopped at this taco bell and could not eat our food . We talked to the manager last time and she apologized and we were given our money back. ( the 1st time was about 1 yr ago also early morning.) And it took about 20 minutes to be served. What is WRONG with them? When we go in there during the daytime our food and our service is Great. Please help them! We like Taco Bell but if this is the service we will be receiving we WILL QUIT stopping there.!

  • I am an avid fan of Taco Bell;however, the Taco Bell Restaurant 003394 at 1167 Columbus Pike in Delaware,Ohio has, by far, the WORST service ever. Their carry-out line traps you in your car, there isn’t any way to remove yourself from the line. I have waited as long as 45 minutes to receive my order. It has happened over and over.
    Today(October 4th, 2016) I decided to go inside and order, my receipt says 12:48 p.m, at 1:15p.m. I received my food. Their excuse is always the same,”not enough help”. Also, I always ask for some sort of “compensation”, an incentive to keep returning, the answer to that is always the same also, with a blank stare :”we do not do that”. Where is management?
